Requirements
Must:
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
- Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Over 3 years of experience in business intelligence and analytics
- Advanced SQL skills, including query development, joins, aggregations, and performance tuning
- Experience creating dashboards using tools such as Spotfire, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas
- Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling
- Experience with ERP systems
- Ability to interpret operational and financial metrics
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- High attention to detail for ensuring data accuracy
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable data models for operational, financial, and strategic reporting
- Design and enhance data collection systems and processes for improved efficiency
- Manage structured datasets sourced from ERP and similar systems
- Create and refine SQL queries, stored procedures, and database views
- Establish validation checks for data integrity and reliability
- Support data governance initiatives and standard operating procedures
- Evaluate internal and external data sources to boost reporting capabilities
- Collaborate in the development of centralized data warehouse architectures
- Craft and sustain interactive dashboards, visual reports, and scorecards through BI tools
- Simplify complex reporting into easily digestible formats for stakeholders
- Document KPI logic, metric definitions, and reporting standards
- Implement automated reporting methods to streamline processes
- Conduct analyses to identify operational and market trends
- Provide comparative analysis and benchmarking
- Collaborate with management to gather business requirements and translate them into BI solutions
- Evaluate performance against key metrics, identifying risks and opportunities
