Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and daily management of the Outage Management System for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with the Digital Team and operations to resolve issues and guarantee 24/7 system availability
- Assess and improve OMS performance continuously to optimize outage management processes
- Lead the seamless integration of OMS with other systems to enhance information flow
- Develop and prioritize the product roadmap for OMS based on business needs and user impact
- Define product specifications in partnership with stakeholders to meet operational standards
- Manage projects related to system upgrades, patches, and feature rollouts
- Serve as the primary contact for all OMS-related inquiries from various stakeholders
- Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams for effective decision-making
- Collect customer feedback on OMS functioning and address enhancement requests
- Ensure OMS supports outage detection and rapid restoration during disruptions
- Monitor system health during emergencies and relay updates to leadership and customers
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track and provide insights into outage performance
- Collaborate with trainers to create user materials for effective system use
- Provide ongoing troubleshooting support to users and stakeholders
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of technical professionals
- Offer coaching and career development assistance to team members
- Conduct performance evaluations and set objectives for team progress
- Cultivate an innovative and collaborative environment within the teams
