Requirements
Must:
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Proven experience with Salesforce Trailhead knowledge or ranking
- Strong skills in needs analysis and requirement gathering from both technical and non-technical teams
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with confidence in Salesforce
- Experience in project management tasks including writing requirements, reviewing processes, diagramming, and wireframing
- Understanding of Salesforce technical aspects, including AppExchange, data management, reporting, dashboards, and Marketing Cloud or comparable CRM systems
Responsibilities
- Provide continual user support by troubleshooting and resolving complex Salesforce issues
- Enhance Salesforce reporting capabilities by developing advanced reports and dashboards utilizing cross-filters and custom report types
- Create, optimize, and integrate advanced features in Marketing Cloud, such as Cloud Pages to address digital communication needs and manage data capture workflows
- Collaborate with Marketing, Advising, and Digital Communications teams to align business requirements with scalable solutions in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
- Maintain data integrity and consistency across Marketing Cloud and Salesforce, troubleshooting list/segment issues and automation behaviors
- Document processes, enhancements, and suggestions to support ongoing operational excellence
Description
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst based in Atlanta, GA, for a contract duration of over six months. In this role, you will be the subject matter expert for Salesforce Lightning Experience and Marketing Cloud, troubleshooting technical and data integration issues. This position facilitates user acceptance testing (UAT) and enables functional users to maximize their use of these platforms.
