Requirements
Must:
- Over 3 years of experience managing Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot in a corporate setting.
- Demonstrated ability to create Autopilot and zero-touch deployment solutions from the ground up.
- In-depth understanding of Windows 10/11 and modern device management (MDM).
- Practical experience in application packaging and deployment (Win32, MSI, Winget).
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and issue resolution.
- Familiarity with Azure AD, Conditional Access, Defender for Endpoint, and compliance protocols.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and effective communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning of Windows devices.
- Develop and sustain modern deployment workflows to facilitate large-scale growth.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Intune for Windows devices; assist with macOS, iOS, and Android as necessary.
- Set up compliance policies, configuration profiles, and conditional access protocols.
- Package and distribute applications (Win32, MSI, Microsoft Store, Winget) using Intune.
- Create and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation workflows (preferably with Graph API experience).
- Work alongside the InfoSec team on compliance and security standards (CyberArk EPM, Qualys).
- Aid global deployments and integration initiatives to meet anticipated business expansion.
- Keep documentation updated for Autopilot setup, Intune configurations, and app packaging standards.
- Stay updated with Intune and Autopilot enhancements, suggesting improvements for device management.
Description
We are looking for a talented Intune Administrator to become a part of our End User Technology team in Downers Grove, IL. In this role, you will help us establish a modern endpoint management platform from the ground up. This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension.
