Travel Project Manager, Data Center Solutions

- Provide mid-level management oversight for work executed by both internal construction team members and external subcontractors, ensuring production, safety, and quality standards are met - Supervise direct labor crews and supervisors, including managing time, attendance, performance, production, quality, and safety - Take full responsibility for the entire project lifecycle, including the creation of project plans, production schedules, labor and equipment requirements, and quality standards - Manage project financials, including work in progress (WIP), job cost reviews, cash flow, expenses, and profit/loss tracking - Offer solutions and guidance to supervisors, inspectors, and crews concerning day-to-day decisions that affect profit and loss - Generate and maintain detailed reports, documents, drawings, and photographs covering material verifications, quality control, and production results using electronic systems - Fully engage with ADBs internal system management processes, including NetSuite, UKG, Coupa, and I404 - Process, review, and approve payments and invoices for subcontractors and vendors - Provide necessary data on project production and status for timely customer invoicing and collection - Promote ADBs safety culture onsite, leading by example to achieve the philosophy of zero incidents on all project sites - Champion the company culture, driving engagement in community, wellness, development, and inclusion initiatives - Lead and take full ownership of team success, fostering peoples development, cultural engagement, and performance management - Complete additional responsibilities as assigned
