Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree
- Over 3 years of experience with SAP ERP; S4HANA experience is preferred
- Proficient in advanced SAP and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities
- High dedication to quality and ethical practices
- Capability to work effectively in a cross-functional, international setting
- Preferred: Over 5 years of SAP support experience specifically on the S4HANA platform
- Preferred: Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or finance
- Preferred: Familiarity with IT support processes
- Preferred: Demonstrate strong service orientation and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of the SAP S4/HANA and template integration
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and support super users in the process
- Develop SAP queries, perform LSMW tasks, and execute basic customization
- Identify and troubleshoot operational challenges and coordinate resolutions
- Design and sustain databases to enhance process efficiency
- Analyze data, establish KPIs, and generate comprehensive reports
- Create reporting tools and conduct ad-hoc data extractions
- Collaborate with leadership to discover opportunities for improvement
