Responsibilities

- I will respond to both critical and non-critical auto-generated ticket alerts. - I will monitor and manage tickets in the system for client-submitted requests. - I will acknowledge and respond to tickets in line with Managed Services SLA. - I will participate in a phone call queue for client call requests. - I will review monthly client reports and provide resolution solutions based on findings. - I will escalate tickets to internal departments and client IT departments as necessary. - I will perform proactive maintenance tasks such as upgrades for switches, firewalls, routers, server patches, workstation patches, and firewall rules. - I will provide remote application and hardware support for switches, routers, firewalls, servers, and storage systems. - I will monitor and analyze customer networks, systems, backups, and security appliances. - I will collaborate with the customer’s primary field engineer for needed support. - Occasionally, I will project manage internal departmental initiatives. - I will contribute to enhancing internal documentation for department processes and systems. - I will adhere to policies and procedures at both the departmental and client levels. - I will conduct both formal and informal training sessions for customers and colleagues. - I will maintain documentation related to customer technical information concerning procedures, servers, applications, infrastructure, and remote support instructions. - I will participate in an on-call rotation after hours/weekends (with additional compensation). - I will perform other duties as assigned. ---

Description


This is a full-time position offering a salary range of $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 annually. The working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We offer a range of benefits, including dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. A driver's license is required for this position, and the work location is in person in Cornelia, GA. Candidates must be able to pass a drug test and should be able to commute to Cornelia, GA 30531. Preference will be given to those who can relocate to Cornelia, GA 30531 before starting work.
