Requirements
Must:
- A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification
- Associate or bachelors degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
- Proficient understanding of Windows Desktop or Laptop hardware, software, and networking
- Familiarity with Active Directory, GPO, TCP/IP, and Microsoft Server OS
- Competence in using Microsoft 365
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Capacity to lift and move IT equipment
- Eagerness for continued education and professional development
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Create and manage help desk tickets with comprehensive documentation
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems both remotely and onsite
- Setup and configure new systems for deployment
- Repair and maintain existing IT systems
- Articulate technical problems and solutions clearly to clients
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide occasional after-hours support
