Must:
- I hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- I possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as an ERP Analyst, Business Analyst, or Systems Specialist.
- I have hands-on experience with Acumatica ERP, including implementation, configuration, and reporting.
- I have a solid understanding of business processes in manufacturing, inventory control, finance, and procurement.
- I am proficient with SQL queries, report design, and data analysis tools.
- I demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, along with strong attention to detail.
- I have a proven capacity to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across various departments.
Responsibilities
In this position, I will:
- Lead and assist in the configuration and maintenance of Acumatica ERP modules.
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into functional and technical system specifications.
- Configure workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom fields in Acumatica to support our company's operations.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and validation prior to deployment.
- Oversee system security and access requirements based on user roles and company parameters.
- Review current business processes and identify opportunities for automation or optimization through Acumatica.
- Collaborate with department managers to implement best practices that enhance efficiency and uphold data integrity.
- Recommend system improvements to elevate business performance and reporting capabilities.
- Keep updated on the latest ERP upgrades and features.
- Provide first-line support for Acumatica users across departments and entities.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Acumatica’s reporting tools.
- Participate in ERP-related projects, integrations, and upgrades while liaising with internal stakeholders and Acumatica partners.
- Document, track, and monitor all problems and resolution activities within the HelpDesk system to ensure timely solutions.
Description
This is an on-site role with mandatory office attendance. I will be compensated competitively, starting at $80,000 annually, based on my experience.
