Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Managed Service Provider setting
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of IT baseline security skills and best practices
- Proficient in configuring operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, iOS) and managing client-based and cloud-based (SaaS) software
- Strong problem-solving abilities in service and support challenges, adhering to best practices for documentation and change management
- Experience supporting basic IT infrastructure and networking
- Skilled in configuring and supporting PCs and mobile devices
- Familiarity with data backup and recovery methods and data storage management best practices
- Reliable, disciplined, and adept at multitasking with effective time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for client and management interactions
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Willingness to tackle challenging problems and follow internal procedures
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to provide exceptional technical support and assistance
- Set up and maintain client workstations, laptops, Apple products, servers, and other IT peripherals
- Collaborate with existing Network Administration, IT Engineering, and Management Support teams
- Organize and manage the computer lab and server data center
- Document and manage trouble tickets efficiently
- Stay updated with new technologies and apply them to support clients effectively
- Assist in configuring and supporting both PC and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IT infrastructure and networking
- Conduct basic data management and apply backup solutions as necessary
