Requirements
Must:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- No need for a high school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Valid drivers license is required
- Preferred: Customer service experience
- Preferred: At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Responsibilities
- Execute both interior and exterior window cleaning utilizing ladders, lifts, water-fed poles, and other necessary equipment
- Adhere to OSHA, company, and site-specific safety protocols, including the correct use of fall protection gear
- Ensure all tasks are performed efficiently and within designated timeframes
- Build and sustain effective communication and working relationships with clients, colleagues, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers
- Follow all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and protocols established by the company, clients, and regulatory agencies
- Safely operate lifts, scaffolding, and other access equipment
- Be prepared to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Maintain a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
