Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory
- Over 2 years of experience in assessing computer systems and technological solutions in facility services
- Required experience with a computerized maintenance management system
- Preferred experience with MAXIMO, Power BI, and PowerPoint
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are a plus
- Proficient analytical, problem-solving, and organizational competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, reporting, databases, and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear technical documentation and train various user groups
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and support the CMMS to ensure accurate asset and maintenance records, system reliability, KPI metrics, and streamlined data workflows
- Coordinate schedules, generate work orders, track work completion, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Act as the primary technical liaison for communication with system owner(s) for troubleshooting, user assistance, data integrity, and system uptime for CMMS and other managed systems
- Develop, maintain, and enforce integration procedures for CMMS with other enterprise systems
- Prepare detailed reports and analytics to aid management decision-making regarding facility activities and resource allocation
- Lead or assist in the implementation, upgrades, or migration of related software, ensuring successful adoption and optimal performance
- Deliver training and ongoing support for staff on system usage and digital tools, including the creation of documentation and job aids
- Keep informed about the latest system features, best practices, and regulatory standards affecting facility systems
