Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a lead developer on one or more Salesforce implementations.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with Salesforce, MuleSoft, Microsoft SQL, and Oracle.
- Proficiency in developing Salesforce Public Sector Solutions applications and APIs.
- Strong familiarity with OmniStudio Solution Design and Development, including OmniScripts, Data Mappers, and Integration Procedures.
- Advanced knowledge in MuleSoft integrations and relational databases such as Oracle and SQL Server.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented approach to complex analysis and problem resolution with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Capability to design, code, and test applications based on user requirements and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Create, design, implement, and maintain applications aligned with our clients mission across multiple platforms, including Salesforce and MuleSoft.
- Conduct deep analysis and reverse engineering of existing code bases to apply necessary fixes and enhancements.
- Participate in project teams focused on the planning, design, development, and implementation of new applications.
- Ensure compliance of existing interfaces and programs with evolving technology directives and regulations.
- Write technical documentation detailing application specifications and maintain productive working relationships to improve agency systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement critical solutions on the Salesforce platform applying Agile methodologies and source control for best practices.
- Assess existing systems to refactor and redesign for optimal solutions.
- Synthesize feedback to adjust development plans accordingly and accommodate evolving project needs.
Description
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer/Architect for a 9-12 month contract based in a hybrid model in Phoenix, AZ. We offer a competitive pay rate of up to $63/hr on W2 or $69/hr on C2C, and we welcome local candidates from Arizona. This role will involve contributing to the development of quality software in partnership with business analysts and cross-functional teams, focusing on enhancing operational capabilities and business processes for our clients.
