Requirements
Must:
- Over 7 years of experience as an Oracle Developer
- Advanced skills in PL/SQL Development
- Proficient in version control tools, particularly Git/GitHub
- Practical experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong expertise in using Reference Cursors
- Familiarity with Oracle Red Gate
- Basic knowledge of Java
- Experience with Data Warehousing
- Proficient in Unix Shell scripting
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred, equivalent experience accepted)
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, development, and documentation of complex permitting applications
- Make application modifications to fulfill functional and technical design requirements while following coding standards and SDLC best practices
- Debug applications to ensure compliance with specifications prior to integrating new modules and upgrades
- Collaborate with business analysts, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to translate functional requests into technical specifications
- Provide support for production systems by diagnosing and addressing issues promptly, fulfilling end-user requests
- Compile comprehensive technical documentation for application specifications
- Engage actively in Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups
- Adopt a customer-focused approach to problem-solving: respond swiftly to stakeholder needs, seek feedback, and manage expectations
Description
