Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in product management, technical product management, or a similar capacity with direct ownership of AI or data-driven products.
- Familiarity with LLM-based systems, encompassing prompt design, assessment, and the establishment of quality metrics for AI outputs.
- Knowledge of video, image, or document-based data and the complexities involved in developing reliable, auditable AI-driven workflows.
- Skill in converting business and compliance needs into precise product specifications in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for working autonomously while maintaining alignment through detailed documentation and teamwork.
- (Preferred) Experience in legal technology, compliance, or industries characterized by regulation or operational complexities.
- (Preferred) Understanding of human-in-the-loop review systems, AI governance principles, or model evaluation frameworks.
- (Preferred) Basic data analysis or scripting skills (e.g., SQL or Python) and comfort with analytical or business intelligence tools.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for internal AI capabilities, initially concentrating on video transcription and still image capture.
- Convert business and compliance demands into clear AI use cases and success metrics, ensuring outputs are accurate, consistent, auditable, and trusted by both internal and external stakeholders.
- Design and manage evaluation and feedback processes, incorporating human-in-the-loop reviews, quality benchmarks, and ongoing enhancement of transcription, image analysis, and narrative outputs.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, and operations teams to facilitate delivery, balance trade-offs, and ensure responsible and ethical use of AI while it transitions toward compliance review and real-time training.
