Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Progressive experience in enterprise process enhancement, systems engineering, or business analysis within large, multi-location organizations.
- Demonstrated capability to conduct comprehensive business process evaluations, including current-state analysis, root cause identification, and future-state workflow design.
- Practical experience with ERP/CRM platforms, SaaS-based systems, Azure Cloud, and business intelligence tools, along with a proven aptitude for translating business needs into functional requirements and system improvements.
- Proficient in facilitating workshops, steering cross-functional working sessions, and acting as a connecting point between business stakeholders and IT. Experience in mentoring junior team members is a plus.
- Strong ability for data-oriented problem-solving, issue tracking, testing coordination, and identifying automation and efficacy opportunities.
- Exceptional talent in developing process documentation, training materials, and stakeholder communications that support operational readiness and acceptance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment, with strong organizational and change management skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to back multi-site initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive business process evaluations, encompassing current-state analysis, root cause assessment, and design of optimized future-state workflows.
- Work in conjunction with the Project Manager to aid enterprise transformation projects by aligning process deliverables, documentation milestones, and implementation strategies.
- Collaborate with the Junior Analyst to provide mentorship, review daily documentation outputs, and manage issue escalation, testing coordination, and stakeholder communications together.
- Facilitate and document workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder interviews to capture operational challenges, system limitations, and improvement opportunities across departments.
- Convert conceptual business requirements into structured, functional necessities and system enhancement documentation for IT and business leaders.
- Identify and suggest automation opportunities, system alignment gaps, and inefficiencies across ERP, CRM, and workflow platforms (e.g., JD Edwards, Oracle CX, PowerApps, Azure Cloud).
- Assist in testing, validation, and defect tracking efforts alongside the Junior Analyst, ensuring consistent rollout and integration of feedback.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business users and IT support teams to ensure alignment in issue tracking, process feedback, and enhancement planning with strategic objectives.
- Organize documentation for enterprise-level programs, ensuring coherence with project timelines, operational preparedness, and stakeholder communication needs.
- Advocate for standardized digital tool usage, process traceability, and workstream alignment across business units.
- Aid in the development and rollout of training content, onboarding manuals, and communication materials for process or system modifications.
- Monitor open issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement to ensure thorough follow-through and contribution to strategic planning.
- Provide insights into the operational feasibility and organizational impact of proposed projects, process adjustments, or technology upgrades.
- Contribute to enterprise reporting necessities, audit response actions, and performance tracking through documentation or analytical support.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise systems, offering guidance and hands-on assistance to resolve daily operational issues and ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in daily operations, providing system expertise to troubleshoot challenges, streamline processes, and uphold operational excellence.
