Must:
We are seeking candidates who possess a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Ideally, you should have 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or a closely related field. Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R is essential, along with familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Experience with statistical software such as SAS or SPSS is also desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a keen attention to detail, are critical. You must be capable of presenting complex data insights in a clear and succinct way.
Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to gather data from various sources while ensuring accuracy and relevance. You will be responsible for preparing and cleaning data by identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies. Your analysis will involve using statistical methods and tools to uncover insights and trends from data sets. You will also create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to convey your findings to stakeholders. Collaborating with different teams to understand their data requirements and provide actionable insights will be essential. Additionally, you will maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and security, while also developing predictive models or algorithms to support our business strategies. Staying current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis will be paramount.
Description
The position primarily involves working in an office setting, although there are opportunities for remote work. While standard working hours apply, flexibility may be necessary to meet project deadlines. There are ample opportunities for career advancement to roles such as Senior Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Business Intelligence Analyst. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $46,883.46 - $56,461.80 per year. We also offer paid time off as part of our benefits.
