- Experience with NextGen (report generation, system support, configuration)
- Familiarity with UDS reporting
- Background in healthcare IT support
- Ability to troubleshoot EHR issues and assist staff with technical needs
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
As an IT Technician in our Community Clinic, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for our NextGen EHR systems. This includes generating reports, configuring the system, and ensuring smooth operation across our healthcare environment. You will also be expected to assist our staff with any technical challenges they may encounter.
Description
