- Analyze business requirements and perform technical analysis of systems
- Triage and address tickets as needed
- Develop design documentation and relevant collateral
- Estimate work effort for projects
- Provide guidance and support to team members regarding legacy systems
- Engage in coding, configuration, and maintenance of applications
- Conduct code reviews and facilitate peer consultations
- Execute unit testing and develop test cases
- Plan and support system integration and user acceptance testing
- Manage defects and resolve issues
- Oversee and execute tier 2 support tasks in a DevOps environment
- Address escalated support topics efficiently
- Enhance operations and development tools for improved performance
- Plan and oversee upgrades and replacements of hardware and software
- Implement ITSM/ITIL processes to ensure stable operations
- Build a comprehensive understanding of business processes and rules
- Manage the functional solution for project initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define acceptance criteria
- Create detailed user stories for the development team
- Validate deliverables against acceptance criteria
- Lead the Agile team as Scrum Master, facilitating key events and managing the product backlog
- Coordinate day-to-day activities, mentor team members, and lead release planning
- Resolve or escalate risks and issues as necessary
- Execute resource planning and track time
