Must:
We are seeking candidates with 1-3 years of professional experience in technical support, help desk, IT, or business systems (internships are also welcomed). You should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, strong organizational capabilities, and acute attention to detail. A self-motivated individual with a sense of accountability and urgency is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required, along with a comfort in rapidly learning new software and technologies.
Responsibilities
In the role of Support / Junior Analyst, you will deliver outstanding customer support via phone and email communication. Your duties will include troubleshooting technical issues and aiding users with application functionality. You will log, track, and document issues and their resolutions, as well as collaborate with senior analysts and developers to tackle complex problems. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the testing, configuration, and rollout of system updates, creating, and maintaining documentation for frequently occurring issues and processes, as well as learning the fundamentals of SQL, scripting, and system configuration as part of your growth plan.

Note that you should be able to commute to Tampa, FL, 33606, or be willing to relocate before starting work and be prepared for occasional travel (about 25%).
