Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of experience in service and troubleshooting electronic systems
- Proficient analytical skills for effective problem-solving using logical methods
- Strong experience in application/software packaging and deployment, including desktop and system support
- Familiarity with various Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, and domain security
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, SQL, Active Directory, Windows-Unix/Linux, and SQL scripting
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture effective working relationships across different functions and locations
- Maintain exceptional quality in deliverables and uphold personal quality standards
- Adapt to diverse work environments, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively while working independently
- Exhibit self-awareness regarding emotional impacts on others and respond appropriately to maintain composure
- Adhere to established procedures in an FDA regulated setting
- Contribute to the development of processes and protocols to support departmental strategies, including drafting knowledge articles and job aids
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose enhancements for productivity
- Communicate clearly with customers, building rapport and addressing their needs promptly
- Update and maintain reporting tools and metric tracking systems consistently
- Pursue opportunities and projects that enhance skills and support critical organizational functions
- Create and revise process documentation as needed
- Assist in the training of peers when required
Description

This is a W2 contract position with a focus on remote remediation activities, including the deployment of software and firmware.
