Software Test Analyst

- Serve as the Lead Testing Analyst, engaging Test Analysts on a daily basis while planning and coordinating testing activities for the team - Prepare test estimates for project initiatives and maintenance support tasks - Analyze and report on requirements or user stories and design deliverables to ensure they are testable and measurable - Participate in project meetings and daily standups to provide updates on defects and testing statuses - Update management on testing quality regarding project deliverables and recommend best practices for improvements - Develop test planning documents derived from user requirements - Complete necessary test artifacts - Execute activities related to the testing data management plan - Align testing resources with project schedules, budgets, and tasks to meet deadlines - Record and manage defects until resolution - Execute and document test cases according to specifications by completing each test step using the final product - Store testing documentation in DevOps, maintaining predetermined baseline checkpoints - Participate in lessons learned and retrospectives as needed - Conduct functional testing, systems integration testing, and load testing, sharing results with the project team - Prepare plans for automated testing - Create automated scripts specific to all environments, preferably using the Provar automation tool - Manage sections of the maintenance plan for automated tests as assigned - Carry out assigned tasks within the maintenance plan using the automated tool - Set up application authentication and authorization for load testing environments - Conduct automated role-based testing - Execute testing data management plan activities
