Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in Systems Administration
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow and Jira automation techniques and principles
- Basic conceptual understanding of relevant theories and practices within the industry
- Minimum of an Associates or Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or equivalent certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Net+, or CCNA preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain, configure, and upgrade computer systems hardware and software
- Implement automation processes between ServiceNow and Jira
- Provide operational support for servers, desktops, printers, and storage devices
- Execute recovery procedures, scheduling, and backup processes
- Monitor batch processes for efficiency
- Learn and perform routine assignments of limited scope
- Follow established practices to address standard or routine issues
- Communicate regularly with supervisors and seek advice as needed
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with team members
