Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in business systems analysis, ideally within complex enterprise applications, particularly in the healthcare domain.
- Proven knowledge of revenue cycle workflows.
- Proficient in working with relational databases and reporting, including extracts, validation, reconciliation, and ad hoc reporting.
- Experience collaborating with vendor applications and support teams, with the ability to escalate issues and ensure resolution.
- Understanding of financial interfaces and general ledger mapping concepts; experience aiding in audit and control requests.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and workflows, including intake, prioritization, SLAs, and incident/problem/change management.
- At least a Bachelors Degree in a relevant area.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Operations, Contracting, Finance/GL, and IT teams to gather and document business and system requirements.
- Convert identified needs into detailed functional specifications and configuration criteria in partnership with software vendors.
- Organize and facilitate testing procedures and preparation for releases, ensuring production support for complex application workflows within the Revenue Cycle.
- Provide direct support to end-users, troubleshoot daily issues, and maintain ongoing system configuration and master data.
- Ensure stable operations through meticulous documentation and sustained follow-through on processes.
- Lead requirements sessions, perform data and defect analysis, and document holistic processes while driving issues to resolution.
- Guarantee that all solutions are thoroughly tested, well-documented, and compliant with audit standards.
