Requirements
Must:

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from technicians, vendors, and contractors implementing technology in stores
- Provide first-level troubleshooting support to on-site technicians
- Update tracking applications and perform system validations during calls
- Send updates via email and maintain records in Excel when not on calls
- Collaborate on multiple technical rollout projects across various time zones
- Ensure adherence to project implementation protocols during upgrades
