Cybersecurity Engineer - Network Security Focus

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in manual penetration testing for web and mobile applications - Ability to identify, analyze, and assess current vulnerabilities while providing remediation guidance and configuration strategies - Strong interpersonal skills to engage with personnel across all levels and business units for effective collaboration - Capability to work autonomously at an advanced technical level - Proficient in drafting comprehensive reports detailing vulnerabilities and corresponding remediation advice - In-depth understanding of cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud - Clear grasp of application, network, infrastructure, and data security architectures at an enterprise level - Excellent analytical abilities and adeptness at managing multiple projects within strict deadlines - Competency to perform effectively under pressure and handle competing demands - Solid knowledge of web application frameworks, deployment technologies, and security solutions - Strong scripting skills for developing custom scripts to identify and exploit vulnerabilities, with familiarity in languages such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, Shell scripts, Ruby, PHP, LUA, etc. - Experience in secure code review processes - Demonstrated expertise in manual secure code reviews - Familiarity with GitLab Ultimate CI/CD, shift-left methodologies, and application security workflows - A genuine passion for information security and commitment to service excellence - Adaptability to new circumstances with a continuous desire for learning about AppSec trends, threats, and vulnerabilities - Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; GPEN, OSCP, CISSP, GWAPT, CEH, or equivalent certifications are preferred
