Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in architectural leadership within enterprise applications and digital platforms
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and scalable system design
- Expertise in microservices, APIs, and event-driven architecture
- Ability to create and uphold architectural standards and a technology roadmap
- Experience in modernizing insurance functions such as underwriting, claims, and policy administration
- Familiarity with security and compliance regulations in architecture

- Strong communication and leadership abilities to guide teams and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and sustain a unified enterprise application and solution architecture
- Drive modernization initiatives across core insurance processes and digital engagement channels
- Establish and enforce architectural standards covering microservices, APIs, and cloud-native patterns
- Create and refine a technology roadmap that aligns with our strategic business goals
- Design digital platforms that effectively support customers, agents, and brokers
- Advise on application rationalization and integration strategies to enhance efficiency
- Tackle complex integration challenges related to APIs and data workflows
- Ensure architecture adheres to best practices in cybersecurity and compliance
