Requirements
Must:
- 3-4 years of experience in electrical lab bench testing (SSD or similar hardware preferred)
- Strong proficiency with Linux command-line
- Experience with Python programming
- Ability to analyze schematics and determine appropriate test configurations
- Knowledge of switching regulators, LDOs, and power systems
- Excellent technical communication skills
- Bachelors degree with 3-4 years of relevant experience or 6 years of experience without a degree
- Capability to work independently with a self-motivated and proactive approach
- Comfortable with hands-on lab characterization tasks
- Technical expertise similar to a highly skilled hardware technician
Responsibilities
- Execute design and development engineering tasks related to hardware products and systems
- Assist in the creation of new products and enhancements to existing hardware platforms
- Conduct research, assessment, and integration of new processes and methods into products
- Establish and implement hardware testing protocols and characterization strategies
- Configure lab testing systems and define test setups according to schematics
- Maintain documentation of procedures, test outcomes, and debugging efforts
- Independently identify and troubleshoot hardware problems in a lab setting
- Aid in project planning, scheduling, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with engineering teams and present findings effectively

Our position offers competitive pay ranging from $40 to $50 per hour, determined by experience. The job schedule is Monday to Friday, working eight hours each day, fully on-site.
