Requirements
Must:
- Shift schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (weekends and overtime may be necessary).
- Hybrid work: Full-time onsite presence required during training, then at least 3 days per week in the office.
- Preferred skills: Experience with Oracle Fusion financial systems or other cloud-based ERP solutions. Previous experience as an IT Business Analyst is essential; accounting experience is highly advantageous.
- Qualifications: 1-2 years in business analysis or financial systems roles, particularly with Oracle Fusion. Familiarity with key financial modules such as General Ledger and Accounts Payable is important. Strong analytical abilities to identify trends and propose data-driven solutions are expected. Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with both business and technical teams. You must be able to manage tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate in gathering and analyzing business requirements and workflows for Oracle Fusion financial systems.
- Document business processes to ensure clarity and alignment with organizational goals.
- Aid in the integration of financial systems with other business systems.
- Analyze system integrations related to Oracle Fusion financial systems, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Assist with system testing to ensure alignment with both business needs and technical specifications.
- Support financial system projects by providing data and insights for informed decision-making.
- Help develop documentation and training resources for end users.
- Contribute to system change management by identifying improvement opportunities in existing processes.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to ensure the success of financial systems projects.
