Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience
- Strong foundational troubleshooting abilities alongside computer diagnostics and problem-solving skills
- Effective, clear, and diplomatic communication abilities, both spoken and written
- Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Access
- Prior experience with IT ticketing support systems (e.g., ServiceNow) is preferred
- Previous involvement in onsite computer hardware deployments and installations is highly regarded
- Familiarity with intermediate to advanced technical terminology is preferred
- Capability to work autonomously and occasionally lead or supervise within group technical installations is a plus
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory; further education or specialized technical training is an advantage
- Military veterans are encouraged to apply, even without direct IT experience
Responsibilities
- Operate within a technology rollout call center environment
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls to provide first-level troubleshooting support to technicians, vendors, and contractors implementing technology in retail environments
- Use a tracking application to monitor and update system validations as calls are processed
- Provide updates and reports through email, Excel, and other tools when not on calls
- Assist multiple technical rollout projects simultaneously, adapting to various project timelines including evenings, nights, and across different time zones
- Be open to shift changes as dictated by project requirements, providing advanced notice whenever possible
- Participate in introductory training and follow the provided project handbooks and guidelines as needed
