Requirements
Must:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or field tech roles
- Proficient in providing support for Windows 10/11 in a corporate setting
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 administrative tasks, or ability to learn quickly
- Highly organized and dependable, skilled in following procedures, documenting work, and maintaining accurate inventory
- Valid drivers license with a willingness to travel (25%)
- Capability to lift and move equipment as needed
- Nice to have: experience with device management (MDM) and endpoint security tools
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (printers, IP addresses, Wi-Fi fundamentals)
- Interest in PowerShell, Google Apps Script, or general automation
- Familiarity with VPNs or secure remote access tools such as Tailscale or WireGuard
Responsibilities
- Manage IT operations, including account creation and access management in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- Assist with password resets, multifactor authentication (MFA) setup, and basic troubleshooting of access issues
- Organize user access, adhering to group and shared resource guidelines
- Oversee device management, inventory control, and uphold security practices
- Set up and provide support for Windows laptops/desktops and mobile devices (such as iPads)
- Maintain a tidy inventory of computers, printers, and office technology, ensuring accurate configurations
- Implement and audit security measures like MFA and full-disk encryption, following up until resolution
- Assist with mobile device enrollment and management using a Mobile Device Management (MDM) approach
- Support HQ and travel to other offices (25%) to provide onsite assistance and implement office arrangements
- Sustain our internal knowledge base, keeping it current and functional
- Develop easy-to-follow documentation and conduct brief training sessions for new tools or workflows
- Enhance the reliability of Google Sheets workflows and assist with small automation tasks to reduce repetitive work
Description

We offer competitive compensation, including a salary range from $60,000 to $75,000 annually based on experience, and a supportive work atmosphere with opportunities for growth. Employees receive benefits such as 1 week of paid vacation and 1 week of sick leave initially, with travel expenses covered, including reimbursement for mileage, lodging, and per diem when overnight travel is necessary.
