Requirements
Must:
- Completion of high school
- 1 to 2 years of experience in painting
- Proficiency in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
Responsibilities
- Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces prior to painting
- Repair imperfections such as cracks and holes
- Mix and thin paint to achieve the desired color and texture
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other finishes to both interior and exterior surfaces
- Provide guidance to customers on color schemes and wall coverings
- Set up scaffolding and swing stages, attaching rigging as necessary
- Potentially offer cost estimates to clients
