Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science (listed in priority order)
- 2-5 years of experience in a testing role or relevant technical product development field with a fundamental understanding of testing concepts
- Proficient in using standard electronics laboratory equipment
- Capable of operating an oscilloscope and interpreting traces
- Able to read schematics and identify nodes on test boards
- Demonstrated ability to enhance testing efficiency through learning and automation
- Strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Results-driven and self-motivated with strong analytical skills
- Solid quality orientation with a knack for enhancing existing processes and methods
- Skilled with embedded systems, including PLCs and I/O modules (highly preferred)
- Familiarity with automation engineering systems like TIA Portal, including fundamental LAD and SCL programming (highly preferred)
- Proficient in programming with C# and Visual Studio (highly preferred)
Responsibilities
- Conduct Integration Tests and System Tests
- Assist in the development of test automation and scripts
- Construct test setups for various products
- Engage in the development of software and hardware testing processes
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and the analysis of technical issues
- Review standards, specifications, and related documents to facilitate test implementation
- Tackle assigned non-routine tasks to support projects or assignments
- Independently execute basic tasks and functions while seeking guidance for non-routine challenges
- Actively participate in quality and process enhancement initiatives
- Adhere to project schedules and requirements while contributing to team outcomes
