Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in electronic circuits and systems design, integration, and testing
- Familiarity with RF systems or motor drives and controls is a plus
- Proficient in using test equipment like oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, DMMs, and signal generators
- Knowledge of project engineering methodologies and troubleshooting techniques for electronic circuitry
- Experience in generating test reports and procedures
- Familiarity with software tools such as OrCAD, MATLAB, LabVIEW, and/or VHDL
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational capabilities
- Advanced troubleshooting expertise
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the design and development of electronic systems
- Knowledge of AS9100 is advantageous
- US Citizenship is necessary
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; a Masters or MBA is a plus
- Experience in the Military/Aerospace sector is preferred
- Professional certifications from recognized institutions are desirable
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of electronic systems
- Aid in writing and developing test plans and procedures
- Support the automation of relevant test procedures and the design and development of test fixtures
- Participate in lab and field testing of electronic systems
- Communicate technical information effectively to managers, clients, and team members
- Work collaboratively with interdepartmental teams and independently as required
- Demonstrate advanced troubleshooting skills in testing scenarios
- Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians
