Requirements
Must:
- Associates degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–2 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or business intelligence
- Basic knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and cloud-based data platforms
- Eagerness to understand modern data architecture and cloud data workflows
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Capacity to work collaboratively across teams in a dynamic environment
- High level of integrity and discretion when managing sensitive data
Responsibilities
- Assist stakeholders in gathering and documenting analytics and reporting requirements
- Support efforts to assess the accuracy, completeness, and quality of data
- Conduct foundational data analysis to aid in achieving business goals
- Clean, organize, and standardize data under the guidance of senior BI team members
- Maintain and update reports, dashboards, and various BI resources
- Utilize BI tools and technologies including SQL, Power BI, and SSRS
- Document data definitions, reporting sources, and BI processes
- Contribute to the maintenance of structured, reliable data within modern cloud-based systems
- Continuously enhance BI and analytics skills through training and development opportunities
