Requirements
Must:

- Experience with integration and REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and ETL concepts
- Knowledgeable in application monitoring and support, including basic DevOps awareness and alerting tools
- Background in UAT support, testing scripts, and configuration management
- Experience in front-end JavaScript enhancements, automation programs, and reporting scripts
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and API specifications
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for application issues, diagnosing and resolving problems
- Perform root-cause analysis and suggest preventive measures for recurring issues
- Assist in upgrades, patches, and new releases through testing and validation
- Collaborate closely with business users to grasp desired outcomes beyond mere feature requests
- Develop a clear understanding of system functionalities, dependencies, and impacts across platforms
- Convert business requirements into actionable technical solutions or configurations
- Aid in user acceptance testing (UAT) and production validation
- Engage in the planning of application upgrades, patch cycles, and system enhancements
- Identify chances to boost system stability and streamline manual processes through automation
- Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, workflows, and processes
- Serve as a technical intermediary with vendors and SaaS providers
- Participate in solution reviews, service discussions, and strategic planning
- Ensure vendor solutions comply with internal standards, security protocols, and operational requirements
- Provide insights on integration requirements and how applications should interconnect
- Support integration tasks, including data mappings, APIs, and scripts as necessary
- Develop minor programs, scripts, or front-end enhancements for operational support and efficiency
- Work with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to create simple UI components or reports
- Modify or automate regular tasks, reporting, and monitoring scripts to enhance team productivity
- Share best practices, troubleshooting techniques, and lessons learned with team members
- Encourage proactive system monitoring and a culture of continuous improvement
- Contribute to IT projects related to new application deployments, system upgrades, or process enhancements
- Assist in gathering requirements, functional design, and testing from a systems perspective
- Support project documentation, UAT coordination, and validation post-implementation
- Offer technical insights and practical guidance concerning system behavior, interdependencies, and potential impacts
