UI/UX Designer and Web Developer

- Engage in UX research activities, including user studies, stakeholder interviews, and requirement gathering - Convert user and business needs into user flows, information architecture, and wireframes - Develop low- to mid-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes - Implement usability, accessibility, and human-centered design principles - Conduct usability testing and incorporate results into design refinement - Ensure a consistent user experience across various websites and applications - Craft high-fidelity UI mockups adhering to brand and UX standards - Produce and manage visual elements, page layouts, and design components - Aid in the development of design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries - Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) for design tasks - Design and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Construct and support front-end components with React.js - Update and manage PHP-based websites and templates - Transform UX/UI designs into clean, functional, and accessible web pages - Test, troubleshoot, and enhance websites for performance and cross-browser compatibility - Cooperate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver superior solutions - Implement feedback and efficiently iterate on designs and code - Adhere to established best practices for design and development - Maintain basic documentation for design and technical modifications
