Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, accompanied by 4+ years of experience, or a Masters degree with 2+ years of experience
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development, particularly within Sales or Customer Service modules
- Practical experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Proficiency in C#, .NET/.NET Core, Web API development, and JavaScript customizations
- Familiarity with relational databases, notably SQL Server and T-SQL, including skills in data modeling
- Direct experience with Azure services, specifically Logic Apps and Functions
- Ability to integrate systems utilizing REST APIs and enterprise integration strategies
- Knowledge of DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Azure DevOps
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 security structures, role-based access control, and data management
- Excellent grasp of software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices and engineering best practices
Responsibilities
- Design, enhance, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules
- Develop and tailor applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, JavaScript, plugins, workflows, and Power Automate flows
- Create and uphold integrations with Web APIs, REST services, and Azure components like Logic Apps and Functions
- Design and oversee Dataverse data structures ensuring efficiency, scalability, and data integrity
- Contribute to both low-code (Power Platform) and custom development projects across CRM solutions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance for existing applications
- Work alongside stakeholders to gather requirements and assist in technical design and architecture solutions
- Prepare and uphold technical documentation for applications, integrations, and system workflows
- Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, encompassing source control and automated deployments
- Adhere to SDLC best practices, including coding standards, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Engage in Agile methodologies, taking part in sprint activities and providing consistent status updates
- Mentor junior developers and advocate for development and design best practices
- Perform additional development and support tasks as necessary
