Requirements
Must:
- 7 years of experience in Information Technology, specifically with complex software systems or applications

- 7 years of experience in client-focused business analysis, translating intricate business processes into validated functional and non-functional requirements
- Expertise in researching, reviewing, and assessing technical specifications for alignment with business goals
- Experience in formulating Requirement Management Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrices, establishing requirements baselines, and managing change control
- 7 years of experience in analyzing, extracting, transforming, and documenting the functionality of legacy systems, including system logic and business rules
- 6 years of experience in facilitating requirement-gathering sessions through focus groups, user interviews, or engaging subject matter experts
- Acted as a liaison between business users and developers to ensure clarity and fulfillment of requirements
- 5 years of experience in the Health Insurance sector, specifically with the Affordable Care Act or Medicaid, focusing on Eligibility and Enrollment
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Business, Public Administration, Project Management, or Communications
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of complex software systems and applications, ensuring thorough communication with stakeholders
- Analyze client needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for continuous integration and deployment
- Evaluate technical specifications, ensuring compliance with business objectives, and maintain updated requirement management documentation
- Collaborate on projects to document and analyze legacy systems functionality, including their logic and business rules
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, utilizing a variety of methods to engage users and subject matter experts
- Serve as a key point of contact between business users and development teams to ensure comprehensive understanding of requirements
- Manage change control processes and contribute to the establishment of requirements baselines and traceability matrices
