Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
- At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications and services.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with PC desktops, laptops, and mobile devices installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- CompTIA A+ and Microsoft 365 Admin certifications are preferred.
- Familiarity with RMM tools for remote monitoring and management of endpoints.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients while supporting their IT needs.
- Document all activities meticulously, including time entries and technical issues resolved.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, especially in high-pressure situations.
