Requirements

Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support with a strong focus on customer service. - Highly valued CompTIA A+ certification. - Previous experience in a managed service provider (MSP) environment is advantageous. - Familiar with the ITIL framework is preferred. - Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center is a plus. - Willingness to travel for a minimum of 3-4 cross-country trips per year. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. - Capable of creating precise, complete, and well-documented incident tickets. - Proficient in collaborating and communicating effectively with subject matter experts. - Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365, along with remote support tools (such as SD Remote). - In-depth understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file system permissions.

Responsibilities

- Address customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions. - Identify and resolve a diverse array of technical problems. - Escalate intricate or unresolved issues to higher-tier support teams when necessary. - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate assistance. - Offer feedback, guidance, and basic training to users as required. - Participate in after-hours support on occasion as needed. - Provide front-line technical assistance for PCs, mobile devices, barcode scanners, desktop printers, and related peripherals. - Respond to and resolve support tickets in compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
