Responsibilities
- For the first 30-90 days, engage in 70-90% coding, fully embedded within the team
- Thereafter, balance your focus between development and leadership, approximately 50/50
- Lead a team of 1-3 developers with potential for growth
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery
- Shape architecture, tooling, and implement engineering best practices
