Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical assistance to court personnel by resolving hardware, software, application, and connectivity problems
- Document IT support activities accurately, including service requests and equipment inventories
- Assist with user account management and support court business applications
- Configure, deploy, and maintain desktop computers and related peripherals
- Support software distribution, system updates, and equipment upgrades for dependable IT operations
- Facilitate communication between court staff, the IT Administrator, and external vendors regarding IT issues
Description
We are seeking a part-time IT Support Assistant to join our team in a dynamic court environment. This role offers a pay rate of $22.91 per hour for 18-21 hours per week. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the technology systems that support court operations. We provide benefits such as paid time off.
