Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline preferred
- 5 years of experience with a degree or 8 years of equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years in a leadership role
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance
- Extensive knowledge of Attack Sensing & Warning operations and incident response workflows
- Experience with quality control processes and analyst performance evaluation
- Proficiency in reviewing and enforcing operational documentation
- Expert knowledge of Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Manual (CJCSM) 6510.01B
- Strong critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain composure and make effective decisions under pressure
Responsibilities
- Serve as the AS&W Subject Matter Expert (SME) during live incident response
- Ensure accurate documentation and operational updates are maintained
- Provide mentorship and professional development to DCO Watch and DETECT team members
- Coordinate communications and processes among regional operations center analysts
- Lead continual review and enhancement of operational processes and documentation
- Collaborate with training teams to design and maintain training plans
- Ensure quality control of DCO Watch outputs, including threat hunts and detection evaluations
- Identify and mitigate operational and programmatic risks
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage task prioritization
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to ensure quality deliverables
- Work with customer organizations to enhance operational processes and experiences
- Align organizational processes with customer policies and directives
- Conduct periodic evaluations of personnel and team performance
- Support global travel requirements as mission needs arise
- Delegate training priorities to the Service Area Training Lead
- Coordinate surge support and operational interactions between teams
- Act as a Trusted Agent for Red Team operations
