Datacenter and Desktop Support Technician

Our extensive services encompass email security, backup and recovery, secure cloud computing, remote work solutions, vulnerability assessments, endpoint protection, risk evaluations, penetration testing, and regulatory advisory. We tailor our high-quality security solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, particularly those with 50-70 employees and limited IT resources. We are on the lookout for a full-time Datacenter and Desktop Support specialist to become a part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide top-tier technical support to our customers while maintaining our internal systems. The perfect candidate will have a strong background in both Datacenter and Desktop practices, capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues related to computers, printers, network equipment, and various software environments such as Office365 and Google Workspace. Experience in installing, maintaining, and responding to breaches involving firewalls is essential. This position allows you to work with a diverse range of technologies, including Windows and Mac workstations, Linux and Windows servers, and NAS storage solutions.
