Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Progressive experience in mobile application development (level-dependent)
- Proficiency in one or more of the following: iOS: Swift, Objective-C, Xcode; Android: Kotlin, Java, Android Studio
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (SAFe preferred)
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Preferred: Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications
- Preferred: Knowledge of mobile accessibility standards and best practices
- Preferred: Experience with mobile performance optimization and monitoring
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile banking features for iOS and/or Android platforms
- Resolve production issues and contribute to application stability, performance, and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams, including backend engineers, designers, analysts, and product owners
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
- Ensure compliance with platform-specific development standards, security requirements, and best practices
- Write and maintain unit and UI tests; engage in peer code reviews to uphold code quality
- Stay updated on mobile OS enhancements, platform alterations, and trends in mobile development
- Advocate for mobile platform excellence and contribute to reusable components and shared libraries
- Mentor junior developers and actively partake in team knowledge sharing
- Support enterprise-wide mobile initiatives and platform evolution (senior-level contributions as applicable)
