Requirements
Must:
- 6 to 8 years of professional experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles
- Expertise in managing large-scale metadata databases
- Demonstrated experience with object storage or distributed storage systems
- Strong skills in Linux systems administration and scripting in Bash or Python
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting systems
Responsibilities
- Ensure platform stability by maintaining and troubleshooting a Kubernetes-based microservices architecture across over 41 data centers
- Oversee change management, software deployments, and platform upgrades while being part of an on-call rotation
- Analyze recording and playback issues utilizing tools such as Elastic, Prometheus, and Grafana
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity challenges between the Cloud DVR platform and the Content Delivery Network (CDN)
- Create and refine scripts to automate diagnostic and routine maintenance tasks
