Requirements
Must:
- Proven technical proficiency in a variety of digital devices and software applications.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on clear and patient instruction.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Solid understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
- Capacity to comply with HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
- Ability to express thoughts clearly in both written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one technology support to residents, addressing a range of devices and software issues.
- Host technology workshops to enhance residents digital literacy skills.
- Offer technical assistance to team members through phone, email, and in-person channels.
- Troubleshoot and remedy hardware and software complications.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and applications.
- Deliver training to end-users on computer systems and software.
- Document technical challenges and their resolutions.
- Stay informed on technological advancements to provide the best support possible.
- Engage in IT projects as required.
Description
At Westminster Village, we are looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working 20 hours weekly. Our organization is committed to providing excellent technical support to our residents and team members.
