Requirements
Must:
- Over 3 years of experience in a software engineering role focused on product development.
- Strong background in Typescript, React, NextJS, and NodeJS.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with a history of quick learning and adaptation.
- A keen interest in research, technical writing, or sharing knowledge within a team setting.
- Preferred: experience with large language models, prompt engineering, or AI infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine fullstack systems for AI agents from initial concept to final deployment.
- Investigate and assess new methodologies for agent orchestration, prompting techniques, and model alignment.
- Work collaboratively with product, design, and engineering teams to enhance user experience and accessibility for non-technical users.
- Document insights, share findings, and contribute to the development of internal best practices.
- Engage in peer reviews, brainstorming sessions, and technical discussions with our international team.
