Requirements
Must:
- Proficient IT generalist with expertise in networking, security, and IAM
- Experience in retail or field-based settings
- Familiarity with fast-paced startup environments is advantageous
- Capable of working independently, swiftly, and effectively problem-solving in real-time
Responsibilities
- Assist in establishing and resolving issues related to WiFi and network connectivity in retail locations
- Oversee office IT infrastructure including networking, security, and device configuration
- Manage IAM tasks including provisioning, access control, and offboarding processes
- Support security measures, compliance, and IT best practices as we grow
- Act as a primary IT resource for both field and internal teams during project deployments
Description
At 10Beauty, we are an innovative robotics startup that has successfully raised over $50M, developing the first-ever fully autonomous manicure machine. Our robots are already operational in Ulta Beauty stores and we are experiencing rapid growth in our deployments and internal processes. We are seeking an IT contractor for a collaborative role lasting 3–6 months, where you will work closely with our field teams and internal stakeholders, contributing to our exciting expansion.
